2. Our Role as Agent
Quality Journeys Limited acts solely as an agent for third-party travel providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, and other travel-related service providers (“Travel Providers”).
Important Notice
When you make a booking through us, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the relevant Travel Provider. That provider’s own terms and conditions (including policies on cancellations, amendments, and refunds) apply to your booking and must be read and understood prior to confirming your purchase.
We do not own, operate, or control the travel products or services you book through us and therefore bear no responsibility or liability for the delivery, quality, or performance of those services. Any issues, disputes, or claims must be resolved directly with the Travel Provider.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant Travel Provider.
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Payments may be processed on behalf of the Travel Provider or directly by them.
4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Changes or cancellations to your booking may incur fees imposed by the Travel Provider, which are outside our control.
Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the Travel Provider's policy.
We may assist in facilitating changes or refunds but cannot guarantee any outcomes.
5. Travel Requirements and Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure that all travellers have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation.
We are not responsible for any denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks such as trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of baggage.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:
Quality Journeys Limited is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from or related to the actions, omissions, or negligence of any Travel Provider.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or availability of services provided by third parties.
In any case where our liability is not excluded, it will be limited to the amount of fees we received in connection with your booking.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described therein.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon publication.
